- Your ticket will be rejected, if you fail to enter registered email ID or it’s alias (alias of registered email ID is provided, on special written request, to corporate users for ease of creating ticket). Please do not share your registered email ID or alias with any unknown person, because misuse of this will bug our system.
- Once your support ticket passes user authentication, you will receive a ticket number in your email. You must use ticket number for status tracking and all further communication with us related to this problem.
